These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bat938 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bat938 website located at bat938.cam and all associated pages, content, tools and services provided therein.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
Access to the bat938 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable local law in the User's country of residence. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
bat938 takes underage gambling seriously. Where evidence arises that a User is below the required minimum age, the Account will be immediately suspended and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the bat938 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
To access the full range of Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. Users in Pakistan may be required to provide their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number for KYC purposes.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. You agree to notify bat938 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. bat938 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to maintain adequate Account security.
bat938 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of any pending withdrawal.
Users must not provide false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point. bat938 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to close any Account found to contain inaccurate or fraudulent details, with any associated balances subject to review.
The bat938 platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only. Users may access the Platform's content, games and betting markets solely for their own private use and must not exploit, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content without the express written consent of bat938.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat938 platform:
bat938 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and unforeseen outages may affect availability. bat938 shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
Available deposit methods are listed in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier. Users must verify availability at the time of deposit. bat938 does not represent that any specific payment provider supports gambling transactions, and no endorsement by those providers is implied or claimed.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be returned or result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to active Bonuses; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit source where required; and (d) compliance with the operator's AML obligations.

All Bonuses offered on the bat938 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. For illustrative purposes: a 20x rollover applied to a PKR 1,000 Bonus requires the User to wager a total of PKR 20,000 in eligible games before requesting withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds. Actual rollover multiples are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
The following restrictions apply to all Bonuses unless the applicable promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
bat938 reserves the right to void Bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting a technical error, or using low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirement rules.
bat938 provides access to sports betting markets including cricket (Pakistan international fixtures, PSL T20, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other international sporting events. Market availability is subject to the operator's schedule and may change without notice. bat938 does not guarantee that any specific event, market or bet type will be available at any given time.
Odds are presented in decimal format. Accepted bet odds are fixed at the time the bet is confirmed, except in circumstances where odds were listed erroneously due to a technical error, in which case bat938 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. The Platform's odds do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance after the event has commenced unless explicitly stated in a live-betting market.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket fixtures, the International Cricket Council for international matches). In cases of protest, match abandonment, postponement or force majeure, bat938 reserves the right to apply relevant voiding or settlement rules as specified in the market-specific terms available in the sportsbook.
Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of privileged information in connection with a bet placed on bat938 is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities. bat938 co-operates fully with integrity bodies as required.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from Platform content without the express written consent of bat938 is strictly prohibited.
bat938 does not guarantee any outcome in any game, betting market or promotional offer. All gambling activities carry inherent financial risk, and Users participate entirely at their own risk. bat938 expressly disclaims any representation or warranty — express or implied — regarding the profitability of any bet or game played on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat938 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bat938 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bat938 is not responsible for the performance, terms or conduct of third-party payment providers (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), game software suppliers, or any other third-party service integrated into the Platform. Any dispute with a third-party provider must be resolved directly with that provider.
bat938 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters or telecommunications failures.
bat938 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC; multiple Account violations; underage access; or any other conduct that bat938 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other users, or applicable regulatory requirements.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting bat938 support. Where a self-exclusion request is submitted, bat938 will process the exclusion promptly. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and AML checks, provided no outstanding Wagering Requirements are attached.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, all Bonus balances and Bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution shall survive any termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may be applicable to their gambling activities, and that bat938 does not claim authorisation from any Pakistani governmental body.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bat938 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bat938's internal complaints and support process. If a dispute remains unresolved following this process, it shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that may apply to you as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
bat938 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bat938 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users — for example, by posting an update notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on the Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the bat938 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
